VDAU-6000 Condition Monitoring and Analysis System
Brüel & Kjær Vibro introduces a unique condition monitoring concept that offers offers high channel density with early fault detection capability. This powerful system is easy to install with very little setup. Narrow-band monitoring provides accurate, early fault detection and identification for many types of machines. The 16-channel VDAU-6000 field monitors (with ATEX certification) can be installed directly on-site at the machine for condition monitoring of auxiliary or isolated machines or connected directly to the buffered outputs of an existing safety system to add condition monitoring capability to all types of machines. VDAU-6000 uses the same monitoring software and database as our Compass 6000 system. Options include event analysis of time signals.

VIBROPORT 80 – Portable fault detection, analyser, balancer
VIBROPORT 80 is the newest generation of Brüel & Kjær Vibro’s portable measuring instruments. Ease of operation, versatility, modular setup and flexibility in demanding applications were the important design criteria in developing this particular instrument. Additionally, VIBROPORT 80 has been made even more powerful than its predecessors by including a wide assortment of new analysis functions. These make VIBROPORT 80 the ideal portable vibration instrument for helping deliver machine uptime to your plant.
xms - eXtended Monitoring Software
The xms® PC software package represents the central component of a system for condition monitoring and condition diagnosis within the framework of predictive maintenance for machines and plant.
Vibration data and process values from machines or plant can be acquired continuously or at regular intervals and unloaded to the xms® software. According to how critical a machine is for production, either a permanently-installed on-line system like VIBROCONTROL 6000 Compact monitor or a VIBROTEST® 60 portable data-collector is used for this purpose.
