Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a new Process Instrumentation and Analyser Systems Solutions Engineer to join our team. You would need to have industry knowledge in these areas and ideally have relevant direct sales experience.
While product specific training will be provided it is expected that you would have a relevant background with supporting industry trade or tertiary qualifications. It is also expected that you can quickly pick up the details of new equipment and be comfortable communicating these to a technical customer base.
The ideal candidate will have:
You will be based in Auckland however other North Island locations may be considered. The role involves travel throughout New Zealand and there will be an opportunity for some overseas travel.

- NZ technical experience in a relevant field. Could be technical sales or a relevant technical role and looking to move into sales
- Strong communication skills are essential. You must have excellent writing ability and be a confident verbal communicator
- Ability to provide "hands-on" demonstration and support of the equipment
- Ability to accurately quote and present professional/technical information to customers
- Strong Commercial/business awareness.
- Be energetic, motivated and able to work autonomously with a strong work ethic
- Great "people" skills to build and grow long-term relationships and a genuine desire to support your customer
